Cauliflower Fried Rice

I’ve always loved fried rice. The best versions usually come from Hibachi or Thai restaurants. I’ve been trying to recreate it at home for years and here is my favorite way to make it. In this recipe I am substituting cauliflower for the rice, making it low-carb friendly.
