My name is Carrie. I am consumed by all things food and cooking. Eating is my number one hobby, I call it job research. I’m so passionate about food. I always knew I wanted to be in the industry in some capacity and I have now been cooking professionally for over 10 years. I recently started working as a personal chef and I love using this blog to document my adventures and share my life and work with friends and family.
I am from Virginia but currently living in New Orleans. WHO DAT!! I’ve fallen in love with the people, the culture, and the cuisine here and continue to have a hunger for more.
